Benelux law firm AKD has selected iManage Work as the work product management system for its six offices across the region, with iManage partner IRIS assisting with the implementation.

Benelux law firm AKD has selected iManage Work as the work product management system for its six offices across the region, with iManage partner IRIS assisting with the implementation.

As well as giving AKD – one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands – a unified platform for managing documents, emails and other critical information, iManage Work enables its lawyers to access their current work from iOS, Android, Windows or other mobile devices. AKD’s CIO Cees de Vos (pictured on the home page) said: “Mobility is very important to us. Besides a solid Dutch practice, we have a rapidly growing international client base, and our professionals are frequently abroad for client meetings. We need to be able to work from any location, on any device. iManage Work gives us that ability, enhancing our productivity.”

The on-premises implementation is currently scheduled to begin in January 2017 and to go live in March 2017. iManage Work will be rolled out to all six of AKD’s offices at the same time, incorporating approximately 450 users.
