This is a Project Management and Training position. The Project Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and the delivery of user training across a wide client base from top-tier to boutique organisations within the Professional Services and Healthcare industries.

These projects will include:
BigHand core Voice Productivity system implementations & user training
BigHand Server-Based Speech Recognition module implementations & user training
BigHand Mobility (BlackBerry/iPhone/Web/Email) implementations & user training
Other BigHand Module (Analytics, Integrations) implementations & user training
Post-Pilot User Survey preparation & collation; Return on investment / benefits realisation

The Project Specialist has ownership of the client account when it passes from the New Business Sale stage to active Project phase. This will require regular client contact in-person, over the phone and through written communications.
After the completion of the project, the Project Specialist returns to an Account Manager for on-going management of the relationship.

In order to ensure the successful completion of a project, the Project Specialist must:
Manage and execute the overall project plan
Manage each project according to the appropriate methodology using the appropriate tools
Maintain a good, strong professional relationship with the client, acting as first point of contact for any issue or query and as the catalyst for any resolution
Perform adequate requirements gathering
Ensure risks are identified and mitigated against
Provide business consultancy in order that our clients optimise the use of our solution
Schedule appropriate resources to perform the necessary project tasks in an efficient manner
Provide user demonstrations, end user training, floor walking and basic on-site technical troubleshooting
Ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved
Make sure that projects are completed according to agreed timelines
Close projects in an organised and efficient manner
Encourage openness and transparency so that the Business is aware of the current status of any project
Report any project issues or concerns to their line manager in a timely manner
Produce accurate, up to date and regular project status reports as required
Work with the Asia-Pacific Head of Client Services to help ensure performance targets set for project delivery, such as the number of service delivery days outstanding, are achieved

This role based at the company’s offices in Level 23, 400 George Street, Sydney although onsite client meetings and training are necessary (up to 50% of the time). For further details or to submit a CV email
