BrookStreet des Roches switches to SOS Connect
Niche commercial property law firm BrookStreet des Roches has signed a six-figure deal for SOS Connect legal software from Solicitors Own Software (SOS) for integrated practice and case management. The 80-strong practice, based in Abingdon near Oxford, has decided to replace its incumbent system after more than a decade with the same provider.
“We have been with our previous provider since 2003 and obviously practice management systems have developed a lot in that time,” says practice manager Joe Hughes.
“Throughout the selection process we have been driven by seeking out software that provides us with excellent document and client relationship management processes that we can develop to meet our changing needs. The accounts functionality is of equal importance to the firm, but we see our return on the investment coming from us being enabled to become more functional and collaborative across our teams, and encouraging cross-selling.
“We will be going live with SOS Connect in the autumn but already we can envisage where it will improve our services over the next three years of development of our working methods – ultimately it is all about providing a better, faster and more functional service to our clients.”
COMMENT: This is the third SOS Connect competitive swapout that SOS have announced in the past month – and all have been for six-figure deals.
