Our Client is a leading Global Law Firm. Currently going through an exciting period of IT Change and improvement they now require a Business Change Analyst to join their team on an initial 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities of the Business Change Analyst:

Understand how the process of business change will impact on all parts of the business.
Liaise closely with training teams to discuss change and how training can be designed to assist users following the end of the programme.
Assist in the review and feedback on training materials to ensure the quality of learning across the team.
Identify and escalate projects risks.
Work closely with the change manager to develop change management toolkits for regions, readiness tracking, success measures.
Work closely with stakeholders and senior decision makers to help influence business change.
Partake in showcasing change materials during change team meetings.
Skills and Experience required for the Business Change Analyst position:

Advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyse business requirements and provide solutions where problems arise with plans.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent understanding of the processes of business change, ideally having had experience working within a law firm during a change programme.
Good understanding of the methodology behind business change, whilst also having a good understanding of how change can effect the business at different levels.
Excellent organisation skills and good at prioritising workloads.

The Business Change Analyst role is based in the City of London.

The role is for an initial 9 month Fixed Term Contract and will pay a salary in the region of £35,000 Pro Rata.
