Law firm Carter Moore Solicitors have selected DPS Software as their new practice management software supplier. DPS will provide crime, personal injury and employment modules of their Outlook Office case management product alongside their fully integrated Cashier legal accounting package. Founded in 2003 and headed up by Managing Partner Jeremy Moore and Senior Partner Mark Carter the firm enjoys an enviable profile and provides its services nationwide from its offices in Manchester and London.
Carter Moore embarked on the project in order to identify a system that could help bring new levels of efficiency to their criminal law department, as well as support the work of their personal injury and employment law teams. As a nationally regarded firm in these fields with an ever growing client base, the use of technology capable of streamlining working processes was seen as critical to fuelling future growth.
After scrutinising several of the practice management systems currently available on the market Carter Moore settled on DPS Software’s Outlook Office as the product best suited to supporting this growth.
“Over recent years since founding the firm we’ve built a strong reputation at Carter Moore and doing this has not been a matter of chance. It is a direct result of us not being a firm that ever feels comfortable standing still when it comes to our working processes, business strategy and of course the overall quality of service we offer to our clients” says Jeremy Moore.
“This is why identifying cutting-edge software that could provide a good fit with the way we work here was so important. The wealth of unique functionalities and overriding focus on efficiency within the DPS systems soon became apparent to us and we’re confident that implementation will further underpin the progressive ethos at the firm in the future.”
DPS Sales Manager for the North West, James Drew, welcomed Carter Moore as DPS clients and commented: “Carter Moore is a perfect example of a successful firm with a management team that understands the challenges faced in today’s competitive legal market. As the industry evolves, so must the businesses which operate within it and at DPS we’re proud to offer technology that supports this evolution.”
