Ashton KCJ, the recently merged firm of Ashton Graham and Kester Cunningham John is looking to recruit the position of Case Management Developer to enhance productivity by customising and providing support for a case management workflow system.

Role description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Case Management Developer to be based within the IT team. As the suitable candidate you will:

• Liaise with the IT Training & Development Manager and other key managers to ensure that the system is delivering required functionality
• Assist the IT Trainers with the preparation of notes, user guides and manuals for end users
• Test the updates to ensure the move between development and live systems is successful highlighting any areas of concern
• Following the implementation of changes monitor bug reports and highlight any major issues at the earliest opportunity
• Support for all case management and database related issues
• Regularly reviewing outstanding case management related issues in the IT Helpdesk system to ensure their resolution
• Maintain the application to ensure the correct versions of precedents, templates, documents and updates are available to the users
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures to enable the seamless operation and support of computer systems
• Escalate any items which have not been dealt with satisfactorily or in accordance with departmental procedures
In addition to the above, candidates will also be required to implement any vendor led upgrades and patches so a wide knowledge of other IT packages and infrastructure is required.

Who we’re looking for
As an IT Training & Development Manager, you will ideally come from a professional services background, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. You will be required to demonstrate:

• Excellent attention to detail and quality delivery
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Excellent IT development skills across a wide range of technologies
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills (including Macro’s & merge fields)
• Good data presentation
• Good knowledge of database structures (previous experience in a DBA’s role would be advantageous)
• Good knowledge of screen designers (such as Microsoft Access)
