A top 50 law firm are currently looking to recruit a Systems Support Analyst to work within their Knowledge, Information & Data team. The team are responsible for supporting and driving Business Intelligence & MI within the firm, and require a skilled individual to act as the primary systems administrator for both the case management system and MI dashboards. You will be responsible for working from a ‘non-technical’ perspective, logging user issues around CMS and dashboards, processing and documenting change requests. You will manage the configuration and set up of data fields & dashboard layouts, along with conducting some UAT testing with end users. You will look to become a subject matter expert across both areas of responsibility. The role is a pivotal one within the wider team and provides the successful individual with a longer term opportunity to progress their career within analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of working with a case management system, good broad IT capability and excellent organisational and admin skills.
