Change Management Analyst

About the role
The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating all changes made to the IT service throughout the company. It will be reporting directly in the Change Manager and it will be an essential part of running a successful IT support service. The aim will be to prevent and protect the company from any unplanned outages of infrastructure and applications.
Key responsibilities:
• Receive, filter and approve all requests for change (RFC’s)
• Review and authorise changes following on from a CAB meeting
• Chairing CAB and emergency meetings in Change Manager’s absence
• Produce monthly reports and charts
• Undertake reviews and compile documentation
Essential skills:
• ITIL Foundation v3
• ITIL Change Control Management
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the business
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Experience of working within a professional services environment
