Client Project Manager, Risk Management Software, London, to £60k + benefits
Our client is a rapidly expanding and highly regarded international supplier of enterprise risk software to the legal sector. With business going through a period of sustained and rapid expansion, it is now seeking a Client service Project Manager to join its London based team.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex enterprise software implementations including: customer communications, internal resource management, scheduling, documentation, and working with the company’s engineering team. The Project Manager will be the primary customer contact for the duration of the implementation and holds primary responsibility for project success and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a professional who is skilled at account management and acting as a corporate ambassador, and who is able to provide effective communication with consistent results.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing internal and external requirements
Primary customer contact for managing day-to-day project activities
Manage ongoing project documentation such as schedules, issues lists, risk factors, meeting minutes, and ensure documents are complete, current, and archived
Track and report team hours and expenses on a daily basis in Salesforce CRM.
Analyse project profitability and success
You will need the following experience:
Degree education or above:
Five years’ experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role
vendor side expedience working on-site within the legal or professional services arena
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction
Excellent organisational and administrative skills; this candidate must be detail-oriented
Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a startup environment
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
Excellent hands-on skills with common office automation products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
