A leading provider of litigation services is seeking a challenge-driven Client Services Manager to act as an ambassador on behalf of the organisation’s clients and offer expertise and services within a legal and discovery framework.

Accountable for all work assignments and work product, the successful applicant will have a natural service-mindset and work intensely to make a client’s experience as positive as possible and act as the general manager for the scope of all projects.

DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Become the primary point of contact for client communications
• Ensure visibility and participation in meetings and conference calls in regards to current client projects
• Troubleshoot applications and identity any data issues that need directing to the appropriate contacts within the organisation
• Become familiar with appropriate applications and hold training seminars, providing thorough knowledge and instruction to users at all levels
• Thoroughly understand processes of risk and complete various tasks with limited instruction and supervision, working to initiative
• Report risk and complex issues to Manager
• Attain consistent accuracy when managing complex projects and work requests
• Resolve client issues by working effectively with other teams within the organisation
• Manage all given projects with little direct supervision
• Possess ownership of all open work requests
• Control the quality of all open work requests and troubleshoot the output of operations when errors are visible
• Maintain consistent communication with a client
• Maintain a proactive attitude when working on a client’s project and communicate effectively back to them

REQUIRMENTS:

• 2 years of professional experience with a relevant degree
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of eDiscovery and the related industry
• A working knowledge of technological tools
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• Self-driven and a pro-active mind-set
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and proven time management skills
• Fully flexible in working hours and availability
