CRM Executive – International Law Firm
Our client is a rapidly expanding and highly regarded law firm with offices in London, New York and Singapore. The firm is investing heavily in new technology and is about to upgrade its CRM system to InterAction. They are now looking for a CRM Executive to be responsible for supporting the management of IA, ensuring its successful adoption and best practice across the firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and develop the CRM system to support the firm’s business strategy
Assist with the development of – and document CRM system ‘best practice’ processes and workflows.
Data Acquisition and Stewarding – including the resolution of ‘tickets’ raised by the InterAction system.
Responsible for executing the Data Cleansing/Maintenance strategy
Maintain and produce reports from the CRM system for departments across the firm
Contribute to and coordinate training sessions and teaching materials for propagating CRM knowledge throughout the organisation.
Consistent communication with internal stakeholders to maintain a keen awareness of the businesses requirements as they relate to the CRM system – identify opportunities for the CRM and its data to be used to add real value to the business.
Work with senior management to ensure user adoption of the CRM system and best practices.
Contribute to and support the wider Marketing team with Events Management and related marketing activities.
Qualification & Experience:
Proven and applicable CRM experience (Experience with LexisNexis InterAction is highly desirable)
Educated to degree or equivalent level (specialism CRM / Marketing)
Experience in email marketing best practice, methods, and current/upcoming relevant technologies
Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
Experience of working in a law firm or professional services environment.
Project management skills– ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
Numerate and analytical and able to provide insights
In addition, you will need, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a busy, pressurised environment.
