CRM Executive/Administrator/Assistant/InterAction
Fixed Term Contract – paying circa £30K-40K + benefits

Our Client, an International Law Firm are looking for a CRM Executive to join their fun professional team based in Central London. The CRM Executive will be responsible for setting up, customising the application, maintaining it, training users, and turning on the new features that become available with each release.

Essential Skills:

Legal or professional services experience is highly desirable
Experience of a contact management system ie InterAction
Intermediate Microsoft Access database skills
Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Concep, ContactNet, Aderant, Sitecore, Dashboards
Functional Training experience on the CRM System
Strong business facing skills
Understanding of strategic goals and direction
Experience training users
