CRM Support Analyst
I am looking for an experienced Support Analyst with knowledge of supporting CRM Systems to provide assistance on a variety of software applications. You will be required to be the main point of contact for client incidents to ensure timely resolution as well as analysis of issues and take ownership to ensure SLA’s are being met at all times.
This role will be working within the professional services sector so you will need to possess strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to think outside the box’ when it comes to problem resolution.
• Knowledge of CRM Systems
• HTML/Web Skills
• Previous experience of working within a Helpdesk capacity within the professional services sector
• Knowledge of Carpe Diem would be beneficial
