Darbys claim productivity gains with Peppermint Portal

Oxford-based solicitors Darbys have engaged new legal technology entrant Peppermint to help them achieve fee earner productivity improvements using the Peppermint Portal. The Portal provides Darbys’ fee earners with an extended portfolio of business and performance reporting to complement their existing IRIS AIM Evolution practice management system. The Peppermint Portal improves the productivity of fee earners by delivering tailored services that can be accessed in the office or remotely through a browser. The Portal provides remote access to time recording and client information as well as extending the breadth and depth of available KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports.
