To provide 2nd line desktop and remote desk side technical support to users. Candidates will be required to work alone and support complex queries deskside and remotely.
Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as experience of dealing with an ITIL environment.
To work for an international Law Firm based in Central London. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a Law Firm or a similar professional services company.
Previous shift experience is a distinct advantage for this role.
Candidate will also be expected to resolve servicedesk issues out of hours if required.
Hours of work
A rotating pattern of 12.5 hour shifts, averaging 3.5 shifts (38.5 working hours) per week. The shifts commence at either 08:00 or 20:00. This includes Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
