Digital Forensics Manager, Forensic, eDiscovery, Consultant – London – £50-60k + bens

Role:
The Digital Forensics manager will be responsible for performing on-site data acquisitions using different methods of hardware and software tools for clients around the world. Whilst ensuring forensically sound best practices are implemented you will also be responsible for motivating and mentoring junior team members. This position requires you to travel to client sites 75% of the time domestic and internationally.

Responsibilities:
• Preserve and extract digital evidence from computers, file and email servers, mobile devices and media
• Maintain client relationships
• Data recovery
• Advanced forensic analysis
• Provide documentation/ reports and forensic case procedures
• Onsite data captures

Essentials:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• CCE, EnCE, CISSp, GCIH or similar certifications
• Must have strong and proven experience with managing and implementing digital forensics technologies in a consulting or legal services environment
• Experience/training mobile forensic tools (Paraben, Cellebrite, XRY, Oxygen, etc)
• Strong working knowledge of both laptop, desktop and server computer hardware
• Advanced understanding of Chain Custody procedures, forensic lab best practices, evidence handling
• Understanding of eDiscovery software and enterprise systems
• Ability to independently conduct comprehensive analysis of computer equipment and data storage devices

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and digital forensics experience, with an interest in eDiscovery, Cyber Security and investigative support services. This person will be self-motivated, posses strong communication and analytical skills, establish client relationships and enjoy a variety of work experiences and challenges.
