Our client is a global leading supplier of technology to the legal sector. The company is going through a period of rapid expansion and is now seeking a Director of Customer Success Management to join their highly professional team. The postholder will play a key role in ensuring clients are gaining maximum benefit from their investment in the companies products, working alongside sales and fulfilment teams.
The postholder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with the aim of ensuring retention of their products. The role will involve working with senior decision makers at the company’s law firm clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business objectives relating to forthcoming needs and where they are facing issues relating to installed products and ensuring successful resolution of any issues through regular contact both face to face and through remote meetings.
This is a senior level role and the ideal candidate will have substantial experience within the legal sector with the gravitas to negotiate at C Level.
