Director of IT & Knowledge Management, Law Firm, South Wales.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a strategic leader within legal technology to join a highly regarded Firm as Director of IT & Knowledge Management. As a member of the senior management group, the role will take responsibility for managing a skilled team of IT & Knowledge Management specialists, setting the IT direction and strategy and aligning working practices to support the wider needs of the Firm. The role will also involve implementing a range of complex multi-disciplined projects and knowledge management systems into a diverse environment, and engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation and within its client base. The role will suit an individual who possesses a demonstrable track record in managing both IT and business change, leading teams and working in a real business facing strategic role. Management of budgets, an ability to influence and exemplary presentation skills are all vital to the role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to make an impact across the Firm, shaping and developing the IT & Knowledge Management function. Experience within the partnership/legal IT environment is ideal, and experience of knowledge management would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
