DMS Support Analyst/Document Support Analyst/Worksite Support Analyst – Birmingham
My client, a prestigious international law firm in Birmingham require a Document Management Systems Support Analyst on a permanent basis. Core hours are 10-6pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
up to £27k + benefits + company bonus (might be some flexibility for the right candidate)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Document Systems Manager, this person will be required to maintain a good knowledge of document management systems and procedures, being the initial escalation point for user queries and ad hoc requests directed from the service.
Work with suppliers’ support teams and relevant user groups to ensure good product knowledge.
Collaboration with the help desk teams, trainers and other customer experience teams to meet the overall objective of enabling a professional service to our clients
Work with Business Information Systems Projects Team to deliver projects including any system upgrades and enabling enhanced functionality. Work collaboratively with all colleagues throughout all stages of implementation through to user acceptance and ongoing support and maintenance
Observe good data governance, system controls and documentation as per the firm’s policies.
Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and best practice, especially in the implementation of information barriers to documents or document workspaces.
Ensure that system setup, configuration records & processes are documented and kept up to date.
Key skills and experience:
Specific administrative knowledge in, but not limited to, one or more of the following technologies, tools or solutions:
I-Manage and associated add-in solutions from other suppliers
HotDocs Document Assembly
SSIS and other data transformation tools
Worksite DMS or other DMS system
