Document Management Administrator – Law Firm, London – £50,000
The role is technical responsible for the firm’s live, system test and development Opentext eDOCS and Interaction environments. The role holder must be a functional expert in these areas and will be the main contact for a number of systems as well as being backup for other members of the Systems team.
*Experience implementing, managing and supporting Opentext eDOCS 5.x enterprise environments (technical and functional)
*Experience managing & supporting MS SQL 2000/2005/2008
*Experience managing and supporting MS Windows 2003/2008 Server OS
*Operational management of the firms DMS and CRM environments including implementation, security, maintenance, performance tuning, data replication/backups, implementation of best practice, data integrity and service availability.
*Functional expert for client and server side DMS components.
System ownership of the firms CRM (Interaction) including integration with other IT systems.
*Taking ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analysing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds
Taking the lead in coordinating with other IT department teams on integrated systems support
*Troubleshooting integrated services between DMS/CRM and other internal systems (such as Aderant) and processes
Tracking and promptly responding to support questions and requests.
The client is a global Law Firm providing legal services in a wide range of sectors. The firms clients are commercial organisations ranging from large multinationals through to UK Corporate firms and household names.
