At the Aderant Momentum user conference in Miami Beach today, eBillingHub released details of its new TAP (technology alliance partner) programme…

eBillingHub has announced a strengthening of its relationships with two legal market leading spend and matter management solutions companies focused on enhancing the connectivity between their respective electronic billing products. The new program, from eBillingHub, called the Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program, gives assurances to joint customers that a standards-based integration is supported and maintained through the cooperation and development of the respective vendors.

The automated bill submission capabilities of the eBillingHub, with seamless connectivity and automation capabilities to DataCert’s ShareDoc and Bridgeway’s eCounsel, gives the law firm customer increased reliability of eBill submissions, improved coordinated customer service, and a open platform for future enhancements. While similar co-operation existed prior to this program, the TAP initiative formalizes the commitment by the companies.

“The eBillingHub TAP program formalizes what many law firms have wanted for years, and many industry organizations have attempted to achieve – standards-based connectivity with commitment to support – that helps law firms ‘get the bills out’. We were the first vendor, and remain the only vendor, to give this functionality to law firms, and now we have taken the next step in formalizing our partnerships with the market leaders,” said Greg Coticchia, CEO of the eBillingHub. Coticchia continues that “law firms deserve a better way to accomplish eBilling than simply using traditional enterprise software that produces LEDES formats. The eBillingHub, based on Software as a Service (SaaS), has demonstrated itself as the next generation of service.”
