Job Description
The Professional Services Project Manager is a client-facing position that requires project management, client relationship management and internal resource management skills. The Project Manager provides to the client superior service through the proactive attention to planning, expectation setting and execution. The Project Manager ensures that the client’s requirements are met and delivered in accordance with LDM Global’s quality and service standards.

Duties and responsibilities:
•Primary point of contact for clients
• Scope projects, set expectations and consult as needed
• Provide regular project updates
• Control and monitor service desk mail boxes
• Provide software support on a daily basis for LDM Global clients, liaising with the Infrastructure Service Desk when required and ensuring that you are logging all details in all relevant Helpdesk software
• Lead and provide technical support to sales team or clients
• Prepare and manipulate data to prepare client deliverables, as well as assist with production-related requirements for the processing of electronic documents
• Convert electronic files and emails to various formats, including extracting metadata and text
• Manipulate extracted data to multiple data formats
• Use best practices and settings of tools/software to achieve desired output/requirements of our clients
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to client requests
• Proactively suggest improvements to current processes, workflows, utilities and procedures
• Help to resolve issues both internally and externally, while adhering to established escalation policies
• Operate in a high pressure, constantly changing environment
• Ability to “wear many hats” and manage multiple tasks across various projects/departments with diverse requirements
• Maintain an expert knowledge of products and services
• Be available outside set hours as projects often require more than 40 hours per week or working at odd hours, including weekends, based on business/project needs

•Minimum 5 years of industry experience, especially with Relativity
•Any industry certifications are a plus!
•Well-organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask with little direction
•Self-starter, hard worker

•Exercises sound judgment, discretion and preserves confidentiality
•Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
