A prominent eDiscovery consultancy is seeking a Sales Director. The individual will be marketing services & software to Corporate Companies and Law Firms. The successful candidate will be expected to establish an effective pipeline and execute on all phases within the sales process. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for establishing & developing the sales team.
Generate target revenue for defined region.
Qualify, generate and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue to the company.
Establish and develop relationships with clients & other senior members within the consultancy.
Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and ensure that all client requirements are met before the specified deadline.
Define budgets for international teams & complex assignments.
Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience leading & managing sales team within a similar business.
Previous successful experience in Business Development within an eDiscovery capacity.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relatable subject such as: Law, Computer Science / Computer Forensics.
An existing network of clients.
Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.
Familiarity with eDiscovery software & tools is required.
