eDiscovery Support Engineer – SFO
Technology is at the heart of the SFO’s business, and the key component of that is our eDiscovery platform, which our case teams use to review the significant amount of digital evidence we seize in the course of our investigations. We currently use HP/Autonomy Introspect, however a project is underway to replace this system with the OpenText Axcelerate platform. This role is part of a new in-house technical support team which is being created as part of the transition, to support the new platform and the migration to it. This team will be responsible for managing and supporting the Axcelerate application, with a particular focus on performance, automation and analytics.
The team will work closely with our existing eDiscovery support providers (RAVN), our infrastructure support providers (Capita), our eDiscovery user support team (DRS), our Digital Forensic Unit (DFU), and the Axcelerate project team.
