eDiscovery Technician/Data Analyst

My large corporate clients eDiscovery team are expanding and are looking to hire an eDiscovery Technician (or Data Analyst) into its Technical Operations Team.

The eDiscovery Technician/Data Analyst will be very hands-on in all aspects of the processing and delivery of data along with daily technical support of the Project Management team.

The main service areas supported are those requiring the highest level of technical skills, articulate communication and initiative.

These include:

Exhibit and Data handling
eDiscovery data processing using primarily Nuix, both in the office and onsite
Coaching junior members of the team
Maintenance of processing equipment and data archiving
Data Manipulation

Essential Skills:

+2 years’ experience within the eDiscovery/Litigation Support industry
+2 years’ working Knowledge of some or all of the following processing and review systems: Relativity, LAW, Nuix, Ringtail, Concordance, Index Engines etc.
Experienced in receiving and processing incoming disclosure data for loading into review platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject.
Self-organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System
Communication skills (written and oral) must be sufficient to be able to speak to and/or email members of staff in relation to specifications, questions, updates etc.
The ability to prioritise incoming requests from different areas (perform urgent, critical tasks or where there is a client impact in the appropriate order when the order of tasks is not directly instructed by a Supervisor or Manager).
Database skills including running queries, filtering and manipulation of data, importing and exporting data in various formats.
