Enterprise Account Executive (New Business Development, London)
A global software consultancy are expanding rapidly and are now looking to recruit an account executive in their London office.
The Account Executive will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals by educating firms on the products and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and practices.
The primary role is to prospect for new opportunities by obtaining new clients, repeat business and referrals.
You will be expected to build a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
You will ideally have 3 years+ successful B2B experience, preferably in a legal environment although this isn’t essential. It is important that you have an EMEA and enterprise software sales background and that you possess an enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction. You must be comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting for potential and established clients and be tenacious and have a desire to grow your knowledge as you build your career. Outbound calling to potential and established clients is a big part of this role on a daily basis to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups and you’ll be expected to report regularly to the main office. You will be learning about and demonstrating the benefits of all products, services and solutions for clients.
You will have a proven track record of new business sales and account management of software ideally to the professional services market place and you will be expected to travel and demonstrate a level of comfort and confidence in working both in and out of the Office.
