We’re thrilled to announce that, to mark our 30th anniversary, Legal IT Insider has been invited to collaborate with Alt-V Law to host a special Legal Halo event on 23rd October 2025 — and you’re invited.
Legal Halo launched in 2024 as an altruistic endeavour, an invite-only forum for the legal transformation community — a vendor-free zone that cuts through the noise and shines a light on the sector’s toughest challenges. This edition marks a milestone: we’re taking the conversation live, with a special podcast recorded in front of an audience.
The Legal Halo cohort includes members from Clifford Chance, Ashurst, Linklaters, Corrs, Eversheds, Burges Salmon, RPC, Mayer Brown, Harneys, VWV, and more.

- Event Registrationa. Individuals may request to attend Legal Halo events by submitting a registration request through the official registration platform or by contacting the event organisers (Alt-V Law) directly.b. Submission of a registration request does not guarantee a place at the event.
- Confirmation of Attendancea. Places at Legal Halo events are limited and subject to availability.b. A place at the event is only confirmed once the attendee receives a formal confirmation from the event organisers.c. Confirmation will be provided via email or other official communication channels.
- Waitlist and Allocationa. If the event reaches capacity, registrants may be placed on a waitlist.b. Waitlisted attendees will be notified if a place becomes available, but there is no guarantee that a spot will open.
- Right to Refuse or Revoke Admissiona. The organisers of Legal Halo reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission at their discretion, even after confirmation, in cases of non-compliance with event guidelines or for other operational reasons.
- Non-Transferable Attendancea. Confirmed places are non-transferable unless otherwise authorised by the event organisers in writing.

Legal Halo Recording and Media Release Terms
By attending a Legal Halo event, you acknowledge and agree that the event will be recorded for use as a podcast and for other media purposes. This includes audio and visual recordings of attendees. By participating in the event, you grant Alt-V Law and Legal IT Insider the right to use your image, voice, and any contributions you make during the event in recordings, photographs, or other media. These materials may be published, distributed, or broadcast through Alt-V Law and Legal IT Insider’s channels, including but not limited to podcasts, websites, social media platforms, and promotional content.
