At UK-headquartered international law firm Pinsent Masons, a complex, two-year billing transformation project was at risk of derailing. We will be joined by billing program manager Adrienne Mansfield-Cant, who will discuss some of the challenges; how they were overcome with Prolifics Testing; and the lessons learned.
Multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm Walkers, meanwhile, undertook a complex Citrix upgrade and faced a number of technology challenges. Narendran Paramanathan, finance systems consultant at Walkers, will talk about the project, the issues faced, and how it got back on track.
