Fresh from its appointment of new CEO Gary Young and chief sales officer Tony Cox, Peppermint Technology has appointed Nicki Grundy (pictured) as its new CFO, we can reveal, as the Nottingham-headquartered company builds up its c-suite and sales infrastructure, after founder and former CEO Arlene Adams handed over the reins in April.
Grundy joins from digital healthcare solutions provider Exco InTouch, where she was also CFO. Prior to that she worked across a breadth of other industries including start-ups, growth companies and multinationals and has several years’ experience at two of the ‘Big Four’ – EY and PWC.
Peppermint in April this year appointed Young as CEO, taking over from founder Arlene Adams, who has taken on a non-executive role, in what the company refers to as ‘the next phase of ambitious growth.’
Grundy said: “I have seen the significant impact digital is having on healthcare and I believe there is great potential for Peppermint to help the legal sector manage workload, become more efficient and deliver a superior customer experience. to their clients.”
Young said: “I am excited to have Nicki joining the team. Her vast experience, professional and customer-centric approach are a perfect fit for Peppermint and our next phase of development and growth. I’m looking forward to working with Nicki and the brilliant team at Peppermint, to continue to invest, innovate and deliver a great service to our customers.”
