Two years ago, back in the spring of 2013 when Insider editor Charles Christian gave the opening keynote at the old LawTech Futures show, there was much head-scratching over references to the concept of gamification as a way of getting lawyers to master and actually use the software applications at their disposal. At least the term now has some wider recognition and is being deployed here and there however there is still an educational task required to alert users to the benefits of edutainment.
