Lewis Paige the leaders in Legal Technology Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for the following position for a General Manager – Legal Technology Sales (Scotland).

Our client is a long established and highly respected Legal Technology software and services company looking after in excess of 5000 Law Firms throughout the UK and Ireland. A new opportunity has now arisen to join the organisation as a General Manager for the Scotland region, the role of general Manager will be very focussed in Sales and Business Development areas.

This position will require the individual to manage and develop migrations and sales in Scotland of legal practice management software to deliver revenue growth. The role holder will be directly responsible for managing all existing accounts and providing leadership to a team comprising Professional Services, Technical Support and Training.

This position would ideally suit a Senior Sales Manager individual looking for an opportunity with more scope and responsibilty.

Main Responsibilities for the role will include:

*Work with the Legal Base Sales Manager to document the strategy to achieve sales targets within the Scottish client base.
*Action, and be accountable for, the implementation of the Scotland sales and marketing strategy.
*Manage relationships with existing Scottish customers to maintain and grow revenues, create cross sales opportunities and create reference sites for further business growth.
*Influence the development of product through the delivery of appropriate business cases that meet both client and internal business needs.
*Manage pipeline and forecasts to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
*Manage account development plans with key customers to maximise the customer experience and grow revenues.
*Report to Senior Management Team and the Sales Operations Manager in accordance with regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Ideal Experience would be:

*Worked within the legal technology sector preferred though not essential
*Sales, Account Management and Sales Management
*Working cross functionally, engaging with the wider team and influencing decision making
*General familiarity with current market trends and direction of the software industry.
