Global Account Manager – Tymetrix
Due to rapid growth Tymetrix, part of the Wolters Kluwer Group, is looking for a driven, motivated and successful Global Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing team on a global stage. Being part of a small team but supported by a renowned multi-national organisation this position will give the right person the platform to excel.
Global Account Manager manages up to 15 key client account relationships, with the assistance of a Client Services Manager, providing a high level of strategy, business management, and support leadership, to ensure continued revenue goals are met from the TyMetrix portfolio of products including T360 matter management, legal e-billing and performance management platform. The clients will be made up from the Legal Departments from some of the largest companies in the World.
The Global Account Manager activities include:
•Maintaining exiting revenue and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
•Serving as a trusted client advisor largely through a rigorous hands-on approach
•Managing the client relationship throughout the entire life-cycle
•Effectively coordinate the territory team (Client Services Manager and Implementation Manager) and collaborate with support teams (inc.Product Managers and Technical Managers) to drive on going value and opportunity within the account base
•Developing strong client relationships at multiple levels including Senior relationships such as General Council
•Build clear and solid understanding of each client account including their business and technical strategies
•Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge and be able to clearly communicate the value proposition
•Building market and competitive knowledge including key market devlopments and competitive differentiation.
•Forging and maintaining relationships with 3rdparty consultants, software and data providers in the Enterprise Legal Management sector.
•Being able to communicate effectively with different audiences,often where English is not native language across EMEA, US and APAC by phone, web and in person including presenting of product demonstrations
•Independently managing time and resources effectively
•Maintaining performance standards while working remotely
•Contributing to and executing department process improvement initiatives and best practices
•Maintain a strategic account plan for each client, that will involve setting and managing objectives, managing client expectations attaining sufficient client budget for additional software services and solutions.
•Chair regular account review meetings with the client base to ensure that the objectives set out in the account plan are maintained, and to ensure that the client is kept up-to-date with TyMetrix product developments, as well as use the opportunity to up-sell the client with any additional products or services.
•Work with the Implementation Manger through the implementation lifecycle of the product to build the on-going relationship with the client.
•Work with the Implementation Manager through the implementation of any additional product implementation or other services offerings.
•Ensure that any client Statements of Work (SOW) are aligned, approved and signed off prior to any product development or services work is undertaken.
•Manage the duties of the Client Services Manager in support of the client base, to ensure that all tasks, activities and issues are managed.
•Collaborate with the US based Account Managers in support of any global accounts that have a significant presence in the US or US accounts that require EMEA account management.
•Keep record of all customer activity such as meetings and status through use of tools including CRM
Desired Skills & Experience
5 years account management experience, including:
•3 years of inside business to business selling experience
•3 years’ experience managing relationships with internal or external clients at all levels (e.g., senior management, director, VP level, to direct users)
•4 years’ experience selling software products and/or services
•4 years’ experience selling into the legal and/or insurance industries
•Experience communicating effectively both orally and in writing with all levels within an organization
•Experience developing and delivering Executive level summaries, reports and presentations
•Experience developing and conducting in-person presentations to clients to explain the business’ products and services and their alignment with the client’s needs
•Experience consistently achieving sales quotas
•Experience working independently with minimal oversight
•Experience working in a team environment with shared sales goals.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred Experience (includes minimum): 10 years client services experience, including:
•2 years as a TyMetrix Strategic Account Executive.
•5 years working as a strategic account manager.
•2 years utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) products and/or cloud platform.
•Manipulating data within a database management system (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL).
•Selling or implementing software with direct technical experience.
•Selling a complex product requiring in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and the products functionality.
•Developing accurate sales forecasts.
