Handshake releases no-SharePoint-required NetDocuments portal
Handshake Software has released a portal for NetDocuments that allows NetDocuments customers to view their financial, CRM, HR, news and legal research information about clients and matters from within their document management system without requiring Sharepoint.
Handshake Software customers running NetDocuments can leverage all of their Handshake-SharePoint portal capabilities through the new product including integrations of leading legal line of business applications, legal research and various third party integrations.
In a move that may particularly appeal to the small-to-medium law firms that won’t touch SharePoint with a barge pole, firms can now provide users with the Handshake portal and intranet functionality in NetDocuments without installing SharePoint.
