Head of Professional Services
Global Enterprise Systems – SaaS
Our client has an urgent requirement for a Head of Professional Services who will lead a global team to deliver world-class enterprise professional service.
Ideally candidates must have experience in leading a team to consistently negotiate mutually successful outcomes and a positive customer experience while driving budget, margin, project quality and on-time delivery of solutions to customers.
This role will oversee a global team of Program Managers and Solutions Engineers, reporting into the Chief Information Officer
Drive conversations with and influence critical customer stakeholders
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop statements of work and pricing proposals for services engagements
Establish and maintain trusted adviser relationships with customers from the C-level to the front line, both within IT and business units
Improve delivery and sales quality
Serve as escalation point for the PS team and to identified key regional accounts.
Analyse, manage and report on regional metrics, including billable utilisation, customer allocation, milestone achievements, etc.
Directly build and manage a global professional services team, providing mentoring and leadership
Accountable for the successful development of a highly motivated and engaged team of Project Managers, Solution Consultants and Solution Engineers
Significant professional B2B consulting experience, including project management, implementation and delivery experience
Experience in implementing SaaS technologies and enterprise deployments
Experience managing a team distributed globally, both consultants and technical team members
Demonstrable experience in leading teams on complex and challenging client accounts
Flexibility to travel in US, EMEA and APAC.
