Hempsons move to Axxia DNA

Specialist health and social care law firm Hempsons has implemented LexisNexis DNA across the firm’s 200 users and four offices in London, Manchester, Harrogate and Newcastle. The roll-out of LexisNexis DNA began with the implementation of the time recording module, which records both client and firm time using an embedded clock in the dashboard.

Janice Barber, managing partner, Hempsons said “The workflow capability of DNA has enabled us to share best practices and customer service processes across the firm.  Staff are guided through consistent legal and non-legal business processes, and a high level of service can be maintained across the firm.” The firm is now rolling out the DNA workflow module to different departmemts.

Comment: LexisNexis will be talking about their future plans for DNA, as well as all the other legal software applications in their portfolio, at next week's conference in the Midlands. The Orange Rag will be there and provide a full report.

Good luck to them. DNA has to be the most clunky of all the PMS systems.
