Having started here at ADERANT in January, I am quickly learning why ADERANT has such a dedicated client base. The leadership team and the company as a whole have a singular focus on client success. As companies grow, change follows. To that end, I would like to inform you about a couple of changes in our leadership team…
Don Howren, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, approached the board about leaving ADERANT to explore new opportunities a few months ago. He has been working with me to develop a transition plan, and he now will be leaving the company to pursue new ventures. Don has been a tremendous asset to ADERANT and has served in senior leadership roles over Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Support. As many of you know firsthand, he has been actively engaged with our clients and prospects in all regions. I thank Don for all of his contributions and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
David Flynn has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of Sales. David was recently the Vice President of Sales at LexisNexis, where he was responsible for the sales of all law firm marketing solutions products including Martindale-Hubbell and Lawyers.com as well as software solutions InterAction, atVantage, and Redwood Analytics. He oversaw a sales force of more than 250 people consisting of field based, telesales, and support reps responsible for generating well over $280 million in annual revenue. He is a veteran of Interface Software (the current LexisNexis InterAction). David is based in Boston.
He is already getting out into the field to meet you and he will be at the Momentum User Conference as well. I know you will be in good hands with David.
