Synaptec Software Inc says its technical support team will be available during extended hours, including over the coming weekend, to assist any LawBase clients in need of extended system-level support for LawBase as a result of Hurricane Sandy. The team will assist LawBase clients with a range of support issues, including moving databases to disaster recovery sites.
“We understand that right now, offices are without power and in the coming days, as power returns, our clients may need technical support over and above what we normally provide. We want to make sure that we can help them by being on call and available as much as possible as our clients recover,” said Synaptec president Phil Homburger.
