Job Summary

In this role you will be an ambassador for the Peppermint Platform. You will use your passion and in depth knowledge of the Peppermint Platform to inform, train and transfer skills to our clients so they get the best return possible from their investment in Peppermint.

The role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities in a very agile and deadline driven environment. As a consultant you will be involved in all aspects of customer projects and customer satisfaction. This will include capturing requirements, defining optimal solutions, deployment, implementation, configuration, training and customisation. You will be critical to setting customer expectations and managing Peppermint’s delivery and communication with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To represent Peppermint with a meaningful, professional and enthused disposition
2. To be the Peppermint representative for the Platform solution with responsibility for:
• Configuration, including case development
• Delivery of standard and customised training
• Delivering workshops to capture requirements and define solutions
• Documentation
• Software implementation and consultancy
• Managing enhancement/modification requests
• Testing and quality assurance
• Product input based on real customer experiences

3. To provide a first-class customer experience


• To install, implement and configure the Peppermint solution, within implementation guidelines, to meet the customer’s business requirements
• To document all customer specific configurations
• To deliver services in accordance with agreed customer plans, to include any revision of such plans, and the necessary communication of that revision
• Develop standard workflow process maps
• To carry out work required to develop and support the workflow/case implementation process, including documentation
• To contribute to Product Management where required including product specification and testing
• To assist with developing testing plans and carrying out testing
• To provide post live support to customers
• To document any issues and actions arising, and ensure these are passed to the appropriate person for progression
• Problem solving/ hand holding during implementation and once solution has been implemented
• To contact clients in advance of, during and after consultancy and training days in order to plan, organise and tailor time in line with their requirements where possible, and pre-empt any issues which may arise
• Make recommendations relating to best use of the Peppermint solution in line with the clients business needs where appropriate
• Provide the Team Manager and Project Manager with regular feedback


• Excellent client facing skills, working with clients at all levels
• Excellent presentation and training skills
• Strong experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM desirable, Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint server and Legal Practice Management Systems
• Knowledge of Legal accounts business processes, case development and systems
• Good written skills, both business and technical, to support the production of documentation and online information
• Regulatory knowledge including, ideally:
o The Solicitors Accounts Rules
o Solicitors Code of Conduct
o Anti-Money Laundering 2007 regulations
o Data Protection Act
• Awareness of Lexcel/ISO Procedures
• Commercial awareness of the market
