Implementation Consultant, Legal IT Software Supplier – Yorkshire
Our client is a leading supplier of software to the legal and professional services sectors. The company’s products are used by many of the leading law firms both in the UK and internationally. This is a new opportunity for an Implementation Consultant to join its highly professional team working on its industry leading Case Management System.
The post holder will take full responsibility for the end-to-end product implementation, with the following responsibilities:
Consulting with client and project manager to ensure solutions are built to agreed standards and specifications.
Managing end-to- end product implementation for key clients
Monitoring detailed project plans and ensuring that all tasks and milestones are delivered.
Change management – the identification of project change, assessing its impact and escalating the change to both the Project Manager and Head of Technical Implementation.
Coach and mentor both client and internal consultants.
Take an active role in the project management of smaller engagements.
Lead business analysis and business process re-engineering projects.
Setting Quality Standards for Consultancy and Training ensuring agreed standards are achieved in all projects undertaken.
Required skills and experience
The position holder will have strong demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas;
Implementation of a Case Management Systems such as ProClaim, Visualfiles, Solcase, Partners for Windows, Liberate, IRIS. FilesSite
• End-to-End technical implementation
• Business analysis – requirement capturing, writing SOW’s, user acceptance testing
• Change management
• Client facing and communication
• Client coaching, training and mentoring
• Project implementation life cycle
