IntApp on a roll with 2 new wins + senior appointment
November is getting off to a spectacular start for IntApp with the announcement of two new wins (Corrs in Australia and Fishburns in the UK – and we hear a third order is on its way) plus the appointment of Jill Nelson as director of product marketing.
• Australian law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth is adopting the entire IntApp product portfolio. The firm is deploying IntApp Wall Builder to manage information barriers and client confidentiality enforcement, IntApp Integration Builder to connect firm business applications and automate internal processes, and IntApp Time Builder to enhance lawyer time capture and time entry.

The expense will be more than compensated, as we expect the financial return from IntApp Time Builder alone will more than pay for all three products.”
• Fishburns LLP, one of the UK’s leading professional indemnity practices, with 100 fee earners in London, Bristol and Dublin, has selected IntApp Time Builder to improve time recording practices and boost firm revenue. Fishburns selected Time Builder in part because of its ability to tie
into Elite 3E, the firm’s practice management software. They sought a
product that would also easily interface with and support several other
business software platforms, including mobile devices and virtualised
desktops, to provide fee earners with a straightforward user experience
and maximise adoption.

IntApp Time Builder is a software product that enables law firms to increase revenue by capturing billable time that is missed or under-billed. It does this by providing lawyers with an accurate, consolidated report of their client and matter-related activity, generated by automatically monitoring the key applications they use throughout the day. Tracked systems include document creation, email, calendar, phone, and mobile devices.
• IntApp also today announced that Jill Nelson has joined the company as Director of Product Marketing. Previously Nelson worked for LexisNexis, where she directed product management for the Redwood Analytics business intelligence product suite and oversaw the delivery of financial and performance analysis services to law firms. “I’m excited that Jill is joining the IntApp team,” said Norm Mullock, Vice President of Product Marketing, IntApp. “Her expertise in law firm performance management and extensive customer service skills will be a tremendous asset as we continue to enhance our products and services to meet market demand.”
