Integreon appoints Iron Mountain executive Krishna Nacha as CEO

Alternative legal services provider (ALSP) Integreon has appointed Krishna Nacha as chief executive officer and member of the board of directors, effective immediately, as the company looks to accelerate its AI-led growth strategy.

Nacha joins Integreon from information management giant Iron Mountain, where he served as head of the Americas. He brings more than 30 years of experience across business process outsourcing, technology services and information management, having also held senior leadership positions at Wipro, EXL Service, Capgemini, Infosys and Unilever.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Integreon and the wider legal services market, as corporate legal departments seek ways to modernise. Integreon has been investing heavily in technology-enabled service delivery, positioning itself at the intersection of legal expertise, process management and artificial intelligence.

As CEO, Nacha will lead what the company describes as a “domain-led, AI-forward strategy”, focused on helping clients modernise and optimise critical business functions.

“Krishna is the right leader at the right time for Integreon,” said Anup Bagaria, co-managing partner of EagleTree Capital, Integreon’s primary investor. “Throughout his career, he has built a remarkable track record of leading complex transformations across global P&Ls and building high-performing teams to deliver exceptional, cutting-edge outcomes for clients. His strategic vision, operational expertise, and people-first leadership make him very well-positioned to lead Integreon through its next chapter of growth.”
