Over the last year the IT team was instrumental in implementing and embedding a number of new strategic systems/upgrades across the firm. It played a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s growth across the London office and the successful establishment of a new office in Manchester, through building IT capacity and capability. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic, energetic and driven Service Desk Analyst.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering IT technical support to a wide range of users at all levels. Equally comfortable , confident and professional whether on the end of a phone or hands-on at a users’ desk, you will be the sort of individual that takes pride in providing a first-rate service and genuinely enjoys solving IT issues for colleagues at all levels from across the organisation.
Working within the Service Desk Team, you will provide support of crucial systems and applications to all users.
Start date: ASAP; This is a permanent role
Closing Date: 4th December 2014 (Shortlisting will be on a rolling basis interested candidates are

Interviews: 2 rounds of interview and the 1st round will be held on the week commencing
