The service desk is a close-knit team of 3. It plays a vital role in providing technical support of crucial systems and applications, to the Firm’s 355 (and growing!) staff members across all levels (junior assistants to Partners).

The successful candidate must have previous demonstrable experience of working in an IT service desk role and of using helpdesk software to log and report on calls. S/he will have proven experience of supporting end users over phone and email and familiarity with the following associated technologies or platforms:
• Windows 8.1, Active Directory, Thin client Technology – HP, Avaya IP Phones, Polycom conference phones,
• Windows Active Directory, troubleshooting & fault finding
• Microsoft Office 2010 and Exchange 2010
S/he must have demonstrable experience of working in a very busy, fast paced environment and providing support to users across all levels. It will ideally suit a dynamic, enterprising individual who genuinely enjoys solving IT issues for colleagues.
