About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage IT Service Management processes and disciplines for the IT department. This encompasses creation and enforcement of written policies and procedures, input to IT operations and IT projects and preparation for achievement of ISO20000 accreditation.
The firm is going through a period of rapid expansion and growth and therefore are seeking an IT Service Management Lead to take manage and continually improve processes and disciplines within the ICT Department
• Previous experience of preparation, achievement and management of ISO2000 accreditation and processes
• ITIL Qualified (ideally version 3)
• Change Management
• Release Management
• Major Incident reporter
• Professional services
• Legal experience
