IT Service Management Lead, Top 30 Law Firm, Essex
Our client is a top 30 international law firm with offices across the UK. The firm is going through a period of rapid expansion and is now seeing an IT Service Manager to take responsibility for processes and disciplines for the ICT Department. The postholder will be responsible for the creation of and enforcement of written policies and procedures, input into IT Operations and projects and the preparation for achievement of ISO20000 accreditation.
The role will include the following duties:
Management of IT Service Management including processes to be used by the whole IT environment
Performing reviews to support adherence to ISO20000, ITIl and ISO27001
Preparing ISMS audits alongside the IT Security team
Performing risk assessments
Planning and delivering of ISO20000 compliant IT Service Management
Service Management tool selection, configuration, implementation and development
