A leading law firm in central London are looking for an exceptional IT support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide first and second line helpdesk support for all users at the firm, this is very much a client facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the firm.
-Seek to resolve as many calls as possible at first point of contact.
-Assist in maintaining the firm wide network, including all hardware and application software.
-Keeping up to date with new IT developments.
-Escalating calls internally and with third parties to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
To be considered for this role, it is ideal that you have a law firm background, however this isn’t essential, all professional services experience will be considered. It is important that you are a strong communicator and a people person, happy to work in a team environment. You must be adaptable and flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
It is also ideal that you have used Windows 7, Office 2010, Bighand and Workshare. Imanage WorkSite is a big advantage, but not essential.
