An excellent opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded and growing law firm, for an IT Support Analyst. This role will incorporate team leadership duties and will be responsible for the coordination of 1st and 2nd line support, overseeing the set-up, maintenance and repair of IT hardware including printers, PCs, laptops and iPhone’s, along with managing resources and assisting with IT hardware purchasing.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at 2nd line support level, with experience of team leadership or simply a readiness to step up into this level of role. Knowledge of Microsoft products – Windows, Windows Server & Office, Active Directory, Citrix, Laserforms, Remote Desktop and desktop standardisation techniques required.
