IT Trainer (12 month FTC) – Kingsley Napley LLP, London

IT Trainer (12 month FTC)

We are currently reviewing our “end user” training
requirements and are seeking an experienced Trainer to
develop and deliver training as part of an IT literacy
programme. The objective of the programme is to ensure
that all staff will meet a minimum skillset.

The individual will be expected to deliver training to all levels of seniority around the firm. Training methods will include coaching,
classrooms, workshops, one-to-one sessions and online training.

Specific duties:

In consultation with the IT Training Manager, to design courses from the IT literacy framework and to write accompanying documentation to a high standard.

Schedule and deliver IT training, and to be responsible for the associated administrative tasks
To provide regular updates, feedback and recommendations associated with the Training Programme.
To deliver effective and engaging IT training on all current and future packages and systems used by the Firm.
To be involved in the development of good working practices and the development of business processes.
To assist the IT Training Manager to create an eLearning library associated with the Training Programme using Adobe Captivate 9.
To perform effective quality assurance on all training content and materials.

The person:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a professional
services environment.
Thorough grounding in blended learning techniques and knowledge of advanced training methods.
Expert technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office 2010 suite
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to deal with high level workloads and changing priorities
Ability to demonstrate behaviour in keeping with the firm’s core
values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Fairness, Understanding and Commitment.

Working week:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, and as required
