Working for a top 50 Law Firm who place a real focus on innovation within legal services, this role requires an individual to take responsibility for training across IT and business applications.

With an emphasis on learning and coaching, the role will work closely with key business partners to understand employee’s needs and requirements, design appropriate training material and take responsibility for the delivery of training (both scheduled and adhoc) via a number of different channels including 121, floor walking, remote sessions and classroom based. The role will ensure both new starters and existing staff receive the right training, learning and development to contribute to the success of the firm via efficient system usage and an understanding of wider business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in the design and delivery of training (inc. MS Office, Time Recording, Document Management) along with experience of the legal services environment. Any training or teaching qualifications would be advantageous alongside experience of working with a learning management tool.
