It played a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s growth across the London office and the successful establishment of a new office in Manchester, through building IT capacity and capability. Owing to this period of exciting growth, Leigh Day is now looking to hire an experienced and driven IT Trainer to join the IT Team within the Business Services Department.

The work involved is dynamic and will ideally suit an IT Trainer from a legal / professional services background, looking for a fast-paced role that offers growth and visibility. Reporting to and working closely with our existing IT Trainer/Business Analyst, the role holder will be responsible for delivering training across the Firm working with both new starters and current employees. S/he will also provide high quality IT Training to the Firm through the facilitation of workshops, the creation of high quality training materials and collaterals and regular floor walking.
To be successful the role holder must have a demonstrable experience in designing and delivering of bespoke IT training (through classroom based learning and one-to-one models) and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and standard legal software applications. Candidates with proven knowledge in Windows 8.1, Office 2010, Linetime Liberate, Mimecast, BigHand will be preferred. This is a busy role at a time of growth and will fit candidates, who are confident in working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and have the ability to work independently to deliver against strict deadlines and targets.
The role will be based in London but will have frequent travel to our Manchester office.
Start date: ASAP; This is a permanent role
